These two cooperation agreements between France, Monaco, and Italy, for the preservation of the Mediterranean Sea, were represented by Mr. Florent Champion, executive secretary of the RAMOGE Agreement, and Ms. Viola Cattani, deputy to the executive secretary of the Pelagos Agreement.<\/p>\n<p>The ceremony took place in the large conference hall of the Oceanographic Museum of Monaco, in the presence of H.S.H. Prince Sovereign Albert II of Monaco, who was the chief witness of this signing, accompanied by the Ambassadors of France and Italy to Monaco, H.E. Jean D&#8217;Haussonville and H.E. Giulio Alaimo.<\/p>\n<p>This Protocol aims to establish principles of active collaboration between the two Agreements. It will facilitate the exchange and sharing of information, while encouraging the implementation of joint activities aimed at preserving marine mammals and their habitats.
