{"id":8560,"date":"2025-11-12T11:17:19","date_gmt":"2025-11-12T10:17:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ramoge.org\/exercice-de-lutte-antipollution-ramogepol-5-6-novembre-2025\/"},"modified":"2025-11-12T11:21:13","modified_gmt":"2025-11-12T10:21:13","slug":"exercice-de-lutte-antipollution-ramogepol-5-6-novembre-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ramoge.org\/en\/exercice-de-lutte-antipollution-ramogepol-5-6-novembre-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"RAMOGEPOL 2025 (November 5th-6th)  Anti-Pollution Exercise"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Organised this year by the Maritime Prefecture of the Mediterranean, the RAMOGEPOL 2025 exercise simulated a major oil pollution incident at sea, leading to the activation of the RAMOGEPOL plan.<br \/>\nThis operation tested the ability of the three partner countries \u2014 France, Monaco and Italy \u2014 to respond swiftly and in a coordinated manner to a significant marine pollution event, with the objective of containing the oil slicks before they reached the coastline.<\/p>\n<p>The exercise involved specialised naval and aerial assets from all three countries, enabling the detection, monitoring and recovery of pollutants. The simulation provided an opportunity to test communications, responsiveness, and equipment performance, particularly under adverse weather conditions.
