On Friday, 19 September 2025, the RAMOGE Agreement took part in the Sea Days in Menton, an event this year dedicated to cross-border cooperation with Italy, a theme at the very heart of RAMOGE’s mission.
Throughout the day, primary and middle school students had the opportunity to discover RAMOGE’s activities. Through fun and educational workshops, they learned about the importance of preserving the Mediterranean’s unique biodiversity and protecting this fragile environment.
The Sea Days were organised by the Communauté d’Agglomération de la Riviera Française (CARF), committed to the preservation of the coastline and marine ecosystems, in particular through its Cap’M project, which aims at the co-management of the Natura 2000 sites of Cap Martin in France and Capo Mortola in Ventimiglia.
RAMOGE warmly thanks CARF for this initiative and looks forward to meeting again next year for a new edition of the Sea Days in Menton.
