INTERNATIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY CONTEST “RAMOGE – MAN AND THE SEA”
Free and open to all.
Since 2016, as part of its awareness-raising activities, the RAMOGE Agreement has been organizing an international photography contest every two years under the auspices of the
International Federation of Photographic Art (FIAP).
The new 2026 edition, held as part of the celebrations for the 50th anniversary of the Agreement, will take place from March 3, on the occasion of World Wildlife Day, until October 31. For this edition, RAMOGE can count on the support of the Academy of Photographic Art of Monte-Carlo (AAMC), the operational and exclusive FIAP member for the Principality of Monaco.

The contest invites all lovers of the sea and photography to explore the relationship between human activities and the sea in all its dimensions. Four categories are available, and each participant may submit up to four photos per category, offering a unique opportunity to rediscover nature and appreciate the blue of the sea, particularly the Mediterranean.
The jury members – Mr. Riccardo BUSI (FIAP President), Mr. Sergio PITAMITZ (“Environmental Photojournalist of the Year” – NPPA, 2016), and Mr. Greg LECOEUR (“Nature Photographer of the Year” – National Geographic, 2016) – have examined thousands of photos since the contest was created and will once again select the best works this year. Three prizes will be awarded per category, along with special mentions, and the AAMC will award a special “RAMOGE Author” prize to the photographer whose body of work stands out.
To participate, simply consult the full rules and register on the FotoGenius platform.
